If you need to cancel your Evolve registration, please submit your request to [email protected] and include your full name, company name, and contact information. If you have reserved a hotel room, please remember to cancel your hotel reservation directly with The Cosmopolitan Hotel to avoid any applicable cancellation fees.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to a substitute from your organization. To request a substitution, email [email protected] with the original registrant’s information and the substitute attendee’s full contact details. All substitution requests are subject to approval and must be received prior to the event.

Download the Evolve App
Find “Trace3 Evolve” on either the App Store or the Google Play Store and install it on your mobile device. Once installed, open the Trace3 Evolve app.

Login and Verify Your Email
You will be prompted to enter your First and Last name, and email address (use the email address you registered for Evolve) and click Next. An account verification email will be sent to the email address you used to register for Evolve.
Open Your Account Verification Email
Copy or make note of the six-digit verification code.
Enter the Verification Code
Return to the app and enter the verification code, then tap Verify to officially login to our mobile app.
AIRLINE TERMINAL ARRIVALS
Airlines Arriving into (Terminal 1): Air Tran, Allegiant, American, Delta, Great Lakes, Omni, Southwest, Spirit Airlines and US Air.
Airlines Arriving into (Terminal 3): Domestic – Alaska, Frontier, Hawaiian, Jet Blue, Sun Country, United, Virgin America and all International flights
GROUND TRANSPORTATION
Uber/Lyft Services: At Las Vegas Harry Reid International Airport, there are designated pickup areas for rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft. Following is information on where to meet rideshare services at your arriving terminal.
Ride Share Pick up from Terminal 1: The Ride Share pick up is located on level 2M of the Parking Garage. From Baggage Claim, take the elevator near door #2 up to level 2. Cross the pedestrian bridge on level 2 to the Terminal 1 Parking Garage
Ride Share Pick up from Terminal 3: The Ride Share pick up is located on the Valet level of the Terminal 3 Parking Garage. From Baggage Claim, take the elevator near door #52, #54 or #56 up to level 1. Cross the pedestrian bridge on level 1 to the Terminal 3 Parking Garage.
Taxis: Taxi fares range from $12.00 to $17.00 one way and may be more depending on traffic.
